wants to contribute in strace open source project

Hello
I am Ganesh Devare from India. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree
in computer science.
I want to contribute to an open-source project but don't know where to
start.  I choose the strace project to start. Please tell me what I can do?
I will be very happy if I get a chance to solve some of the bugs.
