[PATCH 1/7] pathtrace.c: add getfdpath_pid

* defs.h (getfdpath_pid): New function definition.
* pathtrace.c (getfdpath_pid): New function, returns the path
associated with fd of the process with pid.
(getfdpath): Rewritten using getfdpath_pid.
