[strace/strace] Add 64-bit LoongArch support (PR #205)

Tests pass on my development box:

`uname -a`: `Linux lily 5.16.0-rc8-00066-g60ef89495465 #3 SMP PREEMPT Thu Nov 25 11:42:54 PM CST 2021 loongarch64 GNU/Linux` (built from [this commit](https://github.com/xen0n/linux/commit/60ef894954659f46aaadc25f1244e6d4a697f894))

I think this should be ready now. Thanks for the help and revision to my code!
