Well, that would compromise the purpose of the test (further)—to check
whether the strace measures time accurately. A possible fix is to
communicate the time passed from the test program's PoV and compare it
with the strace's notion. However, it would be nice if rather s390's
timers/scheduling be fixed/improved, half a second delay on process
wakeup is quite offending (I think the only other type of systems that
have the time-sensitive tests failing are underpowered arm systems,
most of the other environment strace is tested on, including
virtualised ones, usually can handle the process wakeup within 0.2
seconds).
