Hi all,

Accomplishments:
- Finished reworking the commit history for the seccomp patchset.  There
isn't much I can extract from the main, big patch.  I did extract the code
to avoid seccomp filtering if there isn't any syscall to filter.  That
code contains the new is_complete_set() function so I'll likely have to
rebase it once the status patchset is merged.
- Fixed status tests for older kernel.
- Fixed racy multithreaded test for status patchset.
- Investigated unexpected "memstream already closed" debug message in
status patchset.
- Rebased and addressed comments on status patchset.

Priorities:
- Write changelogs and send seccomp patchset.
- Send v8 of status patchset.
