Hello, strace community!

Project: Netlink socket parsers.

Accoplisment:
* fixed NETLINK_SELINUX: use PRINT_FIELD_* and TEST_NETLINK macros.
* fixed NETLINK_ROUTE: Likewise.
* decode nlmsg ack flags.
* decode nlmsgerr attributes (nlmsgerr attributes introduce by linux
kernel commit v4.11-rc5-1382-g2d4bc93).

Next week, I will send NETLINK_ROUTE decode to mailing list,
and fix previous code of NETLINK_CRYPTO decode:
* use PRINT_FIELD_* and TEST_NETLINK macros.
* using TEST_NETLINK and TEST_NLATTTR macros update the test.
* separate NETLINK_CRYPTO decode to small patch.

Future Goal:
* decode NETLINK_XFRM and NETLINK_NETFILTER.
* decode NETLINK_ROUTE attributes.
