linux/sh64 support in strace

Hi Wichert,

I've noticed that there is a linux/sh64 directory if I check out from
CVS, but this directory (and the file in it) are missing in recent
tarballs (e.g. strace-4.5.5.tar.bz2).  What needs doing to get the
sh64-specific directory into the tarball releases?
