Accomplishments:
- Write auxiliary functions for retrieving type information of ebpf maps

Priorities:
- Implement map type information retrieving in strace
- Continue writing the map unit test

Took a lot of effort to write the unit test, yet it is still hard to
achieve. I think it would be wiser and more efficient to move my focus
to implementing the ebpf map type information retrieval.
