Without the patch the armhf Ubuntu strace build is failing, which build is executed in an armhf LXC container running on an arm64 host:
https://launchpad.net/~rbalint/+archive/ubuntu/scratch2/+packages

The patch is present in the latest Ubuntu strace package and it builds fine for all architectures.

I think the failure can be reproduced in and armhf docker container running on an arm64 container host, too.
