I: strace-devel is now subscribed to github and gitlab notifications for strace repositories

Hello.

Despite the fact that the mailing list is stated[1][2] as the
preferred way for various communications regarding strace project,
some strace users tend to use bug tracking abilities provided by the
platforms where strace git repository is mirrored. After some
consideration, the decision was made to enable delivery of various
notifications from these platforms to the mailing list, since it will
allow all interested in strace development follow (and participate in)
the discussions held on these proprietary platforms without impairing
abilities of those who prefer to use the aforementioned platforms to
provide feedback.
