bpf-obj_get_info_by_fd-prog-v test fails

Hey all,

The bpf-obj_get_info_by_fd-prog-v.test fails when I build strace for the
following machine.

uname details(excuse the tag appended to kernel version):
Linux 5.0.0-rc5 #4 SMP Thu Feb
14 12:00:03 IST 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Irony is that this test passed for kernel version 4.4.0-141-generic.

Will provide more details if required.
