GSoC final code submission

Hi,

Next Monday is the deadline for the final code submission for GSoC 2019.

How should we submit the code?  As I understand (and if I remember
correctly), we have to submit a single link.  Should we write a final mail
with all relevant links (to both under review and merged patchsets)?

Should we also push the code somewhere to ease retrieval by future
students if necessary?
