Hello, strace community!

Last week, minor fix:
* Include "ptrace.h" instead of "sys/ptrace.h"
* Make it run is i386
* Fix option parser
* Fix traced_by_seccomp function
* Fix restart operator in dispatch_event function

I am debugging failed test. Such as tests/siginfo.c. I will fix all the
bug, and
porting it to support other architecture.

I will have two exams next week, so the progress will be slow, sorry.
