* tests/netlink_route.c: Add check for
NETLINK_ROUTE get and new flags.
* tests/netlink_sock_diag.c: Add check for
NETLINK_SOCK_DIAG get flags.
* tests/netlink_xfrm.c: Add check for
NETLINK_XFRM get and new flags.
