[PATCH 26/27] tests: check decoding of NETLINK_ROUTE br_port_msg netlink attribute

* tests/nlattr_br_port_msg.c: New file.
* tests/gen_tests.in (nlattr_br_port_msg): New entry.
* tests/pure_executables.list: Add nlattr_br_port_msg.
* tests/.gitignore: Likewise.
