* tests/.gitignore: Add kexec_file_load, kexec_load.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add kexec_file_load.test, kexec_load.test.
* tests/kexec_file_load.c: New file.
* tests/kexec_file_load.test: Likewise.
* tests/kexec_load.c: Likewise.
* tests/kexec_load.test: Likewise.
