[PATCH 07/15] tests: Add kcmp syscall decoding check

* tests/kcmp.c: New file.
* tests/kcmp.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add kcmp.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add kcmp.test.
