[PATCH] tests: add signal_receive.test

* tests/signal_receive.c: New file.
* tests/signal_receive.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add signal_receive.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(MISC_TESTS): Add signal_receive.test.
