We need a doc to guide new contributors patch submission [was: Re: Working on -e trace]

I agree, it is a hectic job.

I read both the links and have already submitted the patch using git
format-patch and git send-email. Once it is verified by Dmitry, I will
write that guide for newbies. Thanks a lot for this reply. This really
encouraged me, who otherwise was getting a little annoyed. :)
