Binder decoding v2

Hi,

Sorry for the late answer, here are the changes since v1:
* The datas are fetched only when needed.
* Bounds in buffer are now correctly checked.
* decode_binder_commands/decode_binder_returns have have been merged.
* Unbalanced curly brackets are fixed.
* enums are now decoded whith xlat and AC_CHECK_DECLS.
* print_array is now used to decode arrays.
