The tests do better than I expected, see:

Some tests -- sigaction, times, times-fail, uio -- crash (the whole
machine) hard.  Obviously this is a kernel bug.  So I disabled those
tests.

Currently Fedora/RISC-V is using a minimal interim kernel (based on
Linux 4.1), so it is expected that many system calls / features won't
work.
