That did it! So I'm looking at my Linux kernel source and it looking like its 2.6.19. I don't have access to a 1100 right now but I seem to recall the Libc was built with more recent headers then the running kernel. I just never circled around to try updating anything. I'll see if I'm still getting a crash later tonight.
