[PATCH v2] Fix crash in ipc_sem test

fwiw, 68804b326709fadc7bb03f510a11771f07216a59 passes on ppc32 & sparc32 
userland where they were crashing/hanging before

the kernel is still broken, but at least the strace tests don't hit that :)
