GSOC 2015 strace org inscription completed

All:
I completed the submission of our participation request to the Google
Summer of Code 2015.
Let's hope we get in!
Just a note: we failed one of our three students last year and it was
a bit too late...
We will be more picky this year and are shooting for possibly only two
students tops and be even more selective than we were last year.

Thank you all for welcoming so nicely the prospective students that
have started and will be chiming in on the list.
