compile error for MIPS

Hello,

I tried to cross-compile strace 4.10 for MIPS in this buid-environment 
-> freetz.org. "configure" stopped with this error:

checking for supported architecture... mips
checking for MIPS ABI... unknown
configure: error: Unsupported _MIPS_SIM
