Q: bugfix release

Hi,

I've been asked at [1] to update strace package for post-4.10 aarch64 fixes.
As current HEAD contains several critical fixes for aarch64 and there are
no known regressions, I think it's a good idea to cut a bugfix release.

Could you check HEAD for regressions, please?
