test failures on mips

Thanks, v4.7-220-gb1e7cb1 should fix both test failures on n32 and one
failure on n64.  The second failure on n64 and the only failure on o32 are
due to dd that apparently uses n32 ABI.  This is another reason to build
all executables for test suite natively.
