upcoming release: what needs to be done

hppa hit this warning:
	ipc.c: In function ‘sys_shmat’:
	ipc.c:407:16: warning: unused variable ‘raddr’
but looking at the code, we could add another ifdef around the variable 
definition, but i'm not sure that really improves things all that much ...

it also hit another warning, but i posted a patch for that

otherwise, hppa builds clean & passes make check

sparc32 compiles cleanly and passes make check
