strace 4.6 broken on mips64 n32

It might be fixed by commit v4.6-21-g3e90b29 already, but we have no
mips64 n32 nearby to check it.  Please build strace HEAD from
git://strace.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/strace/strace.git and give it
a try.
