Strange, for me it says
"Looking for the latest version? Download strace-4.6.tar.xz (403.8 KB)"
on https://sourceforge.net/projects/strace/files/strace/
and the download banner on https://sourceforge.net/projects/strace/ also
points to strace-4.6.tar.xz
