[PATCH] Check for additional PTRACE options, events, etc.

Ok, I did it by myself. (Patch is attached.)

Applied to current git master (strace-v4.6-60-g9015cd9):
# patch -p1 < ../strace-v4.6-60-g9015cd9-fix-configure.ac.patch
patching file configure.ac
patching file defs.h

After applying this, I succeeded to build strace
v4.6-60-g9015cd9-patched. Build log is attached too.
