[PATCH 0/3] Turn on more compiler warnings

Hi,

My initial idea was just to enable -Wwrite-strings compiler option.
To make the change portable and easy to maintain, I decided to use
warnings.m4 from gnulib.  For this reason, I had to split acinclude.m4
first.  These changes are pushed to
