[PATCH] mem.h: Format ‘%#08lx’ expects type ‘long unsigned int’, but argument 2 was type ‘unsigned int’

One little patch to get rid of $(SUBJ) warning, I can see here
on i386 with gcc-4.3.2 from Fedora. Compiled also on an IA-64 
RHEL-5.2 box with gcc-4.1.2-42.el5.
