[PATCH] pass tcp to upeek instead of just pid

With the correct ChangeLog format, that change is certainly fine.
It looks like all other ptrace calls are already inside functions
that have the struct tcb pointer.  (If there were any others like
upeek, they would want to be changed in the same way.)
