add eventfd support

Trivial patch, not much in the function.  It is means to be applied on
top of the timerfd patch.

	* desc.c (sys_eventfd): New function.
	* linux/syscall.h: Declare sys_eventfd.
	* linux/syscallent.h: Add entry for eventfd.
	* linux/x86_64/syscallent.h: Likewise.
