support for signalfd

This patch adds support for the signalfd system call.  The patch assumes
the epoll_pwait syscall to be applied.

	* linux/syscallent.h: Add entry for signalfd.
	* linux/x86_64/syscallent.h: Likewise.
	* signal.c (sys_signalfd): New function.
