add support for move_pages

This patch must be applied on top of the mbind flags patch.  The two
syscalls share some of the same flags.

	* mem.c (move_pages_flags): New variable.
	(sys_move_pages): New function.
	* linux/syscall.h: Declare sys_move_pages.
	* linux/syscallent.h: Add entry for sys_move_pages.
	* linux/x86_64/syscallent.h: Likewise.
