Fixes for strace on SuperH Linux

I've incorporated your changes.  Thanks very much.  Please get the current
CVS version and make sure that it works on SH.  You might also want to look
at the recent linux/*.h additions and make sure your linux/sh/*.h files
cover all the available syscalls if new SH kernels have the timer calls and
such.
