[PATCH] Fix ARM strace support

I have incorporated most of your changes, though the last few bits are no
longer relevant.  The sources have changed a fair bit since whatever it was
exactly you started with ("4.4+ia64 support" does not actually tell me what
source tree you used in the slightest).  Please use CVS to get the current
strace sources (see http://sourceforge.net/projects/strace/ for pointers),
and tell me ASAP if there are any more changes required.
