Linux ioctl updates

I'm working through the Linux ioctl lists now; since I redid the
ioctlent.sh stuff for Linux I needed to rebuild all the ioctl lists
for all architectures. Except for mips and ia64 all of them should
be correct now. I hope to do those remaining two tomorrow.
